This Replacement warranty will not be valid if the Battery or Motor has been damaged due to Water Contact or these have been Damaged/Broken due to an Accident or the Vehicle has been overcharged for more than the specified charging period.

The Replacement warranty for Motor & Battery is valid for Manufacturing Defect only.

All other Spare Parts will be Chargeable by the Maintenance Department.

Please Note: If the product which was delivered to you was accurate and was checked by you at the time of delivery or the product which was assembled or installed, it cannot be returned or replaced. We do not have any Exchange Policy either.

In Case of any problem, you have to contact us via E-mail or Phone and we will provide you the contact information of Respective Brand’ Maintenance department and they will sort out the problem according to the warranty conditions of the product. Customer will have to Visit the Maintenance Department.

In Most cases, Our Delivery team asks you to Check the Product thoroughly and take your notes and signature to ensure that you have received the right and accurate product.
