🚦 Read the User Manual – Familiarize yourself with all controls, display functions, and operating instructions before your first ride.

🔋 Check Battery Charge – Ensure the battery has sufficient charge before every journey to avoid unexpected stops.

🔍 Inspect the Vehicle – Check the tires, brakes, lights, horn, indicators, and steering before driving.

👨‍✈️ Adjust Your Seating Position – Sit comfortably, keep both hands on the handlebars, and maintain a clear view of the road.

⚡ Start Slowly – Accelerate gradually and become familiar with the vehicle's handling before reaching higher speeds.

🛣️ Drive on Suitable Roads – Operate the vehicle on paved roads and stable surfaces. Avoid deep water, large potholes, and rough terrain.

📦 Distribute Cargo Evenly – Load goods evenly inside the cargo box and never exceed the recommended load capacity. Secure all cargo before moving.

🪑 Fold Passenger Seat Correctly – Ensure the rear passenger seat is fully locked in either the seating position or folded cargo position before driving.

👥 Carry Passengers Safely – Allow passengers to remain seated throughout the journey and keep their hands and feet inside the vehicle.

In Case of any problem, you have to contact us via E-mail or Phone and we will provide you the contact information of Respective Brand’ Maintenance department and they will sort out the problem according to the warranty conditions of the product. Customer will have to Visit the Maintenance Department.

In Most cases, Our Delivery team asks you to Check the Product thoroughly and take your notes and signature to ensure that you have received the right and accurate product.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
