🪑 Adjust Your Position – Sit comfortably, hold the handlebars firmly, and ensure clear visibility through all windows.

📦 Load Cargo Evenly – Distribute the load evenly inside the cargo bed and never exceed the recommended load capacity.

🦺 Fasten the Cargo – Secure all goods properly to prevent movement while driving.

⚡ Accelerate Smoothly – Apply the throttle gradually to ensure stable control and protect the motor and battery.

🛣️ Drive at Safe Speeds – Adjust your speed according to traffic, road conditions, weather, and cargo weight.

↩️ Use Reverse Carefully – Check behind the vehicle before engaging reverse mode and reverse slowly.

Customer will have to Visit the Maintenance Department.

In Most cases, Our Delivery team asks you to Check the Product thoroughly and take your notes and signature to ensure that you have received the right and accurate product.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
