*Replacement Warranty: Replacement Warranty is valid for One Year for Motor and 6 Months for Battery Only. This Replacement warranty will not be valid if the Battery or Motor has been damaged due to Water Contact or these have been Damaged/Broken due to an Accident or the Vehicle has been overcharged for more than the specified charging period.

The Replacement warranty for Motor & Battery is valid for Manufacturing Defect only.

All other Spare Parts will be Chargeable by the Maintenance Department.

Please Note: If the product which was delivered to you was accurate and was checked by you at the time of delivery or the product which was assembled or installed, it cannot be returned or replaced. We do not have any Exchange Policy either.

Customer will have to Visit the Maintenance Department.
