*Replacement Warranty: Replacement Warranty is valid for One Year for Battery & Motor Only. This Replacement warranty will not be valid if the Battery or Motor has been damaged due to Water Contact or these have been Damaged/Broken due to an Accident or the Vehicle has been overcharged for more than the specified charging period.
The Replacement warranty for Motor & Battery is valid for Manufacturing Defect only.
All other Spare Parts will be Chargeable by the Maintenance Department.
Customer will carry the vehicle to the Maintenance Department.

🛞 Riding Instructions
🗝️ Unlock & Power On – Insert the key, turn it to the ON position, and ensure the battery has sufficient charge before riding.
🪑 Adjust Your Seating – Sit comfortably with all passengers properly seated before starting the vehicle.
🪞 Check Surroundings – Adjust the mirrors and make sure the path is clear before moving.
⚡ Start Smoothly – Gently twist the throttle to accelerate gradually. Avoid sudden acceleration.
🚦 Select Safe Speed – Ride at a comfortable speed suitable for road conditions and pedestrian traffic.
↩️ Use Reverse Carefully – Check behind you before engaging reverse mode and move slowly while reversing.
🛑 Brake Gradually – Apply both front and rear disc brakes smoothly to stop safely.
🛣️ Ride on Suitable Roads – Use the buggy on paved roads, residential communities, resorts, campuses, and other approved riding areas.
📦 Carry Loads Safely – Use the front and rear baskets for light cargo only. Distribute weight evenly and never exceed the maximum load capacity of 250 kg.
👥 Carry Maximum Three Riders – Do not carry more than three passengers at any time.
⛰️ Avoid Steep Slopes – Do not ride on slopes steeper than the recommended climbing angle of approximately 15°.
💡 Use Lights When Needed – Switch on the headlight and tail light during low-light conditions or night riding.
🔋 Monitor Battery Level – Check the LCD display regularly and recharge the battery before it becomes fully discharged.
🚫 Avoid Water & Flooded Roads – Do not ride through deep water, flooded streets, or heavy rain to protect the electrical components.
🏁 Park Securely – Turn off the power, remove the key, and park the buggy on a flat, stable surface after every ride.

📍 Store Indoors – Keep the e-scooter in a clean, dry and well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
🌡️ Avoid Extreme Temperatures – Do not store the scooter in excessively hot, cold or humid environments.
🔋 Maintain Battery Charge – Keep the battery charged between 40% and 80% if the scooter will not be used for an extended period.
🔌 Recharge Regularly – Charge the battery at least once every 30–60 days during long-term storage to maintain battery health.
⚡ Use the Original Charger – Always use the charger supplied or approved by the manufacturer.
💧 Keep Away from Water – Do not store the scooter in areas exposed to rain, moisture or standing water.
🧹 Keep It Clean – Wipe the scooter with a soft, dry cloth before storing. Avoid using high-pressure water or harsh chemicals.
🔒 Fold and Lock Properly – If the scooter has a folding mechanism, ensure it is securely locked before storage.
🚫 Keep Away from Flammable Materials – Do not store the scooter near fuel, gas cylinders, open flames or other heat sources.
👶 Keep Out of Reach of Children – Store the scooter and charger in a safe place where children cannot access them.
📦 Cover When Not in Use – Use a breathable dust cover to protect the scooter from dust and dirt during storage.
⚠️ Storage Notice – Before using the scooter after long-term storage, fully inspect the brakes, tires, lights, throttle and battery, and fully charge the battery before riding.

Please Note: If the product which was delivered to you was accurate and was checked by you at the time of delivery or the product which was assembled or installed, it cannot be returned or replaced. We do not have any Exchange Policy either.

In Case of any problem, you have to contact us via E-mail or Phone and we will provide you the contact information of Respective Brand’ Maintenance department and they will sort out the problem according to the warranty conditions of the product. Customer will have to Visit the Maintenance Department.

In Most cases, Our Delivery team asks you to Check the Product thoroughly and take your notes and signature to ensure that you have received the right and accurate product.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
