🔌 Recharge Regularly – Charge the battery at least once every 30–60 days during long-term storage to maintain battery health.

⚠️ Storage Notice – Before using the scooter after long-term storage, fully inspect the brakes, tires, lights, throttle and battery, and fully charge the battery before riding.

Please Note: If the product which was delivered to you was accurate and was checked by you at the time of delivery or the product which was assembled or installed, it cannot be returned or replaced. We do not have any Exchange Policy either.

In Case of any problem, you have to contact us via E-mail or Phone and we will provide you the contact information of Respective Brand’ Maintenance department and they will sort out the problem according to the warranty conditions of the product.

In Most cases, Our Delivery team asks you to Check the Product thoroughly and take your notes and signature to ensure that you have received the right and accurate product.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
